THE flowers are beginning to sprout and spring is here, happier times beckon including the return of the Neighbourhood Weekender in September. The reaction to Boris’s roadmap has been very positive. I have heard many expressions of relief and everyone is planning for more certainty. There is light at the end of the tunnel and as long as the vaccine programme continues to deliver strongly, is effective, and the bug continues to recede, it will not be light from a train coming the other way.
