The proposal will demolish the south most building son site which are currently derelict and unused to make way for a new two form entry secondary school for 300 new pupils. The new secondary school will include general classrooms, DT & food prep rooms, art rooms, science labs, music / dance studio and sports facilities. The proposal will also include ancillary spaces such as dining halls, staff rooms, learning resource spaces and BoH areas. There will also be new parking and drop off facilities and a MUGA to the south-west of the new build proposal. The proposed scheme also presents the opportunity for a link connection to be implemented between the existing primary and the new build secondary school, creating one all through school.
