Warrington man arrested after eight months on the run

POLICE have charged a 24-year-old Warrington man with a number of offences following his arrest after being on the run for eight months.
He had been wanted for failing to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on a charge of possession of class A drug with intent to supply.
Michael Davies, of no fixed address has also been charged with dangerous driving, assault with intent to resist arrest, assaulting a constable, possession of cannabis with intent to supply, common assault, driving a vehicle without a license, escape from lawful custody, obstructing a constable and driving without insurance.
He will appear before magistrates at Warrington tomorrow (Saturday).
