Driver arrested after being found in possession of drugs

A DRIVER was arrested at Warrington early today on an allegation of possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
The man was arrested in the Padgate area after failing a drugs test – and his car was seized by police as it was suspected to be in an unsafe condition.
In another incident, a man was arrested on Winwick Road for failing to appear in court on August 23 on an allegation of theft.
Both men were detained overnight.
