A SHARP-eyed Town Hall CCTV operator spotted a man and woman fighting in Warrington town centre – and directed police to the scene.
Both were arrested on an allegation of threatening behaviour – but the man is then alleged to have added offences of racial public order and possessing drugs.
In another incident, arrested a man on the Cantilever Bridge at Latchford on an allegation of being drunk and disorderly.
It was alleged the man suggested officers used a Taser on him, but this was not necessary
