THIS year’s Newchurch Rose Queen, Natalia Fuller, was crowned by Carol Hardman on Sunday during the 10.30 am service.
On a beautiful morning , in a tradition which the church can trace back to the 1920’s, the newly crowned queen and her attendants, Ella Ross, Lilly Ross, Olivia Ariane and Sophia Ariane along with crown bearer Tom Ebert led the congregation on a walk of witness to the Parish hall where refreshments were served.
Natalia (aged 10) takes over the role from her sister Elisabeth who was last year’s Rose Queen.
